New people are recommended to come for the Buddhist lecture first, which takes place approx. once a month at 8 pm (see Upcoming events) and takes approx. 2.5 hours. The admission fee is CZK 100 (€ 4). At the end of the lecture there will be space for your questions, be it on the topic or on Buddhism in general. These are to be followed by a 15-minute meditation suitable even for beginners. If you cannot come for the lecture for time reasons, you may also come on other days and join us for the common public meditation.
Every Thursday at 8 pm there is a guided meditation in English.
In our centre you can buy or borrow books on Buddhism and different meditation tools.
